Although I am happy to help you tackle most health concerns and goals my main passions are women’s health, hormonal health, fertility/pregnancy/postpartum/parenthood and menopause. My favourite therapies to use with patients are nutrition recommendations, lifestyle changess and supplements as needed including researched botanical products. Credentials: I graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Health Science with Honours. I attended the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine to become a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. I am also a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors. I will also be a member of the Nova Scotia Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
